About the project
Project “EduFlex – Transforming Higher Education through Adaptive Individual Academic Pathways and Competence-Based Interdisciplinary Learning” / “Modernizing the Higher Education System through the Development of Adaptive Individual Educational Pathways and the Integration of an Interdisciplinary Competence-Based Approach to Learning”
Project Objective:
The objective of the project is to modernize Ukraine’s higher education system by introducing scalable, personalized, and modular learning based on modern digital infrastructure. EduFlex focuses on a student-centred model, enabling students to develop individual and interdisciplinary educational pathways aligned with their career goals and labour market needs.
The integration of micro-credentials, digital badges, and academic mobility opportunities will support modular learning, allowing students to seamlessly recognize and transfer learning outcomes between higher education institutions and across countries.
EduFlex will provide Ukrainian universities with tools to support the educational needs of international students, persons with disabilities, and veterans requiring retraining and reskilling. Through partnerships with European higher education institutions, the project will promote the implementation of international standards and best practices, as well as contribute to Ukraine’s integration into the European Education Area.
