About the project
Project “SEDWU – Scalable Electronic Document Workflow for Universities: Enhancing Efficiency, Autonomy and European Integration” / “Scalable Electronic Document Management System for Universities as a Tool for Enhancing Institutional Efficiency, Autonomy and European Integration”
Project Objective:
The objective of the project is to develop a scalable, adaptive, and secure electronic document management system that will foster international cooperation, knowledge exchange, and institutional modernization. By optimizing administrative processes, improving document management, and enhancing cybersecurity, SEDWU will help reduce bureaucratic barriers, improve decision-making processes, strengthen institutional autonomy, and ensure that Ukrainian universities comply with the best practices of the European Higher Education Area.
The creation of open resources, organization of dissemination events, and active engagement with policymakers will enable the project’s achievements to be scaled up to universities across Ukraine and beyond. The SEDWU consortium aims not only to modernize document management systems but also to contribute to Ukraine’s deeper integration into the European Education Area by strengthening digital governance, institutional capacity, and cross-border academic cooperation.
